The Redditors are referencing King Ramses\u2019 Curse, an episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog that originally aired in 2000. The episode sees Eustace in possession of King Ramses\u2019 slab. Ramses appears as a ghastly figure, imploring Eustace to return the slab and terrorizing the family. While Joker isn\u2019t asking to get a slab back, he is proving to be a terror. The story sees him having taken over Gotham City with a virus that spreads through laughter and reveals he\u2019s even managed to infect the Bat-family.
