Of course, he\u2019s not ringing it in the best way possible. He\u2019s currently on the losing end of the bloody Sabretooth War, and even when he\u2019s done with that, there\u2019s the current dissolution of the X-Men in Fall of X. Now in a Reddit post, fans are sharing their hottest Wolverine takes, but many of them are proving to be surprisingly wholesome. Marvel fans share their unpopular Wolverine opinions The post, originally shared to Reddit by user Safe_Wrangler_858, presents a simple prompt. \u201cWhat\u2019s your Wolverine unpopular opinion\u201d they ask, which led to some surprising (albeit fairly rational) opinions about the legendary Marvel character. \u201cThe movies showed that his claws popping out from between his knuckles works better than from the back of his hands.\u201d user himurajubei stated. Traditionally, Wolverine\u2019s claws have come from the back of his hands, but the first X-Men movie changed this because claws emerging from between his knuckles made more sense. \u201cI liked him better as an amnesiac enigma with a mysterious unknown past, before he got all his memories back and showed he\u2019s just a sad dude named Jimmy who likes redheads due to childhood trauma.\u201d said user Garlador. Though it is true Wolverine got his memories back in House of M, fans learned his backstory in Origin. \u201cHe\u2019s a popular character an marvel should stop trying to shelve him every couple of years,\u201d user jmizzle2022 added, referring to the multiple times Logan has been sidelined or killed, ultimately being replaced by characters like his son, Daken, or his clone, X-23. \u201cI don\u2019t mind the copycats and the clones and the kids and the siblings but none there are as fun as the original.\u201d Others focused on Wolverine\u2019s relationship with other X-Men, seemingly preferring him on his own. \u201cI\u2019m not really a fan when he\u2019s a leader of the X-Men or head of the Xavier Institute.\u201d user PrydefulHunts said. \u201cHe works best when he\u2019s just there to be there.\u201d User VikDamnedLee added a similar comment: \u201cHe\u2019s way better as a solo character, and his X-Men connection drags down his potential.\u201d \u201cSome of this may just be influenced by which comic runs I\u2019ve read, but Logan\u2019s actually a more sympathetic person than Scott.\u201d user FickleChard6904 said. \u201cCyclops may be right about some things, but he\u2019s a massive hypocrite and does objectively awful things on a surprisingly regular basis. Wolverine does terrible things all the time, but he\u2019s not likely to act like he\u2019s in the right about them.\u201d Even beyond this, there are some surprisingly wholesome takes on the character, with many appreciating his relationship with his various children, adopted or legitimate, over the years.
