With Endeavor’s heart-pumping episode ringing out the season in an exciting way, fans are more desperate than ever for more content from one of the hottest ongoing anime series. Thus, talented cosplayer “Emperor Cosplay” took matters into his own hands, bringing to life the League of Villain’s very own Dabi, an iconic antagonist with patchwork skin and a penchant for lighting things on fire. Considering the intricate details of Dabi’s design, Emperor Cosplay’s take on the character is impressively true to form, faithfully recreating his sewn-together skin with fake staples and purple body paint on his throat, eyes and chin. Of course, he didn’t forget Dabi’s piercing blue eyes, disheveled black hair, nor his stylish street clothes, which he showed off in a series of photos via his Instagram account. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-tvxw7IzHa/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link The costumer also got creative and roughed up the character as though returning from battle, waiting for medical attention in a set that looks as if it were ripped directly from the show. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-_9vIqIgrW/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link That’s not all: Emperor Cosplay also posed with fellow cosplayer “Bella Trysh,” who took on the guise of Shigaraki Tomura for a joint photo of the League of Villains’ top dogs as though they were casually posting up for the ‘Gram. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-6kcqZIab8/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Dabi isn’t Emperor Cosplay’s only creation from My Hero Academia, either; in fact, he’s also created a costume for UA teacher and pro hero Eraser Head, perfectly recreating the character’s lax demeanor, unique visor, and signature red eyes due to his quirk. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-okV3oo5UT/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Of course, he gave the instructor a casual vibe, too, showing Aizawa as he would appear off-duty and out of costume when not making his rounds in another series of photos. https://www.instagram.com/p/B75raNcoUuw/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link No matter what side they’re on, Emperor Cosplay has proven his abilities as a costumer for both Heroes and Villains, alike, able to transform at the flip of a switch — for all we know, he could be Himiko Toga in disguise!

My Hero Academia cosplayer shows off his villainous side as Dabi Emperor Cosplay, Instagram / Viz Media, Funimation[jwplayer NQlinCb3]My Hero Academia Season 4 is in the books and fans are left waiting for further developments in the anime’s explosive storyline — but thankfully, cosplayers are here to fill the void in the meantime.
