CS:GO Devs Reveal New Horizon Case Including 17 New Weapon Skins and 4 Brand New Knives CS:GOThe developers of CounterStrike: Global Offensive have revealed the brand new Horizon Case on August 2. The new case comes as part of the game\u2019s recent updates, which also includes the removal of the Panorama UI out of Beta mode. The new Horizon Case includes 17 new weapon finishes and four brand new knives, called the \u2018Stilleto, Ursus, Navaja, and Talon.\u2019 The developers published images of all of these new items, with the weapon finishes all credited to their respective designers. In addition to the Horizon Case, there has been a substantial amount of in-game changes and updates pushed through, at the head of which is the removal of the Panorama UI from Beta. The UI, which is now active by default for all players on supported operating systems, was the biggest overhaul to the visual look and feel of CS:GO since its release. This visual overhaul is the most substantial change to the look and feel of CS:GO since the game was released in 2012. From the Main Menu to the Scoreboard, the entire experience of interacting with the game has been updated. [PERFECT WORLD] \u2013 Players using the CS:GO Perfect World launcher now have fully localized voice audio. \u2013 Community servers now allow connections from players using the CS:GO Perfect World launcher and other launchers. [HORIZON CASE] \u2013 Added the Horizon Case, featuring 17 new community weapon finishes and 4 brand new knives. [PANORAMA] \u2013 Fixed halftime and team selection music to respect main menu music volume settings. \u2013 Lobby voice chat will now duck main menu music volume for the duration of voice chat. \u2013 Fixed ability to borrow music kits and added a button to stop borrowing music kits. \u2013 Fixed a bug that caused old invites to be re-sent when returning to lobby from a competitive match. \u2013 Friends rich presence in-game now displays the competitive match score first. \u2013 Added chat messages for players receiving competitive cooldowns, reports, and commendations. \u2013 Multiple fixes for IME support and text entry focus with IME. \u2013 Updated lobby chat to show more messages. \u2013 Fixed Lobby chat layouts for 4\u00d73 and 5\u00d74 aspect ratios. \u2013 Fixed end of match rank display showing incorrect text for 40+ level ranks. \u2013 Fixed reconnect panel layouts for 4\u00d73 and 5\u00d74 aspect ratios. \u2013 Fixed scoreboard layout in war game modes. \u2013 Improved visual separation of observers in the scoreboard. \u2013 Fixed the spectator round timer sometimes getting stuck red. \u2013 Fixed missing kill feed icons. \u2013 Fixed radar and map overviews for workshop maps that don\u2019t have a manifest file with radar data. \u2013 Fixed workshop maps selection screen in Wingman mode. \u2013 Impact kills with molotovs and incendiary grenades now display an icon in the kill feed. \u2013 Fixed various mistakes on the new radar map overviews (thanks Yesber).
