OpTic India player haiVaan reveals what he wanted to do after catching forsaken cheating Former OpTic India player Vishal \u2018haiVaan\u2019 Sharma has spoken publicly for the first time since his former teammate Nikhil \u2018forsaken\u2019 Kumawat was caught cheating at a CS:GO LAN event \u2013 and revealed what he wanted to do in the moments after the incident. Sharma recently made a post on the popular \/r\/GlobalOffensive subreddit, giving his thoughts on the situation, and providing an insight into how the incident unfolded from his point of view. HaiVaan and the rest of his OpTic India teammates were disqualified from the $100,000 eXTREMESLAND 2018 LAN event in Shanghai when admins at the event caught forsaken using cheats on his PC. The former OpTic India player again reiterated that neither he nor the rest of his teammates were aware of Kumawat\u2019s cheating, saying that: \u201cHe was so hardworking inside and outside the game that he made us believe that he was clean, but now I feel that all those things he did was to gain our trust. He fooled his teammates,the organization and all the people who trusted him.\u201d Because Sharma was sitting at the opposite side of the stage, he wasn\u2019t aware of what was happening at forsaken\u2019s computer as he was \u201cthinking about the round,\u201d and didn\u2019t realize anything was going on until he saw a referee pushing Kumawat away from his PC. In the aftermath, haiVaan says they were unable to speak to forsaken, but states that he \u201cwas so furious that [he] wanted to bash him on stage,\u201d but thought this would lead to more problems. As for the future, haiVaan intends to keep competing in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, with a goal of putting \u201cIndia on the world map for CS:GO.\u201d \u201cI am motivated to compete at the highest level.
