Yes, Crossplay has been available in Dead By Daylight since August 2020, giving you a much wider pool of players to link up with, which can help make matchmaking feel much faster. To enable crossplay in your game, simply follow the steps below: At the bottom of your screen in DBD, you\u2019ll see a cogwheel icon with \u2018Options\u2018 next to it. Click that. – A window will pop up. Scroll to the very bottom of the list to the \u2018Online\u2018 section. – Underneath this, you\u2019ll a setting that says \u2018Crossplay\u2018. – This should be enabled by default, but if it isn\u2019t, select it. – That\u2019s it \u2013 you\u2019ll now be able to match up with players across the globe on a wide variety of platforms. It\u2019s important to note that if you\u2019re playing Dead By Daylight on mobile, you can only join players on other Android and iOS devices, whereas console and PC players can all play together. Cross-progression After years of anticipation, cross-progression was finally added to Dead By Daylight on July 22, 2024, for the following platforms: Steam – Epic Games Store – Windows Store – PlayStation 4 – PlayStation 5 – Xbox One – Xbox Series X|S – Nintendo Switch – Cross-progression lets players sync their in-game progress across different devices. Any in-game currency or DLC you have will also be shared between platforms aside from Nintendo Switch. Any content from other devices will be carried over to the hybrid console, but if you\u2019ve purchased DLC or in-game currency on Nintendo Switch it won\u2019t carry over. How to add friends on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch If you\u2019ve got friends on other platforms that you\u2019d like to play with, you\u2019ll first need to make sure that you\u2019ve got them on your Friends List.
