Destiny 2 has a lot of different weapons on offer to players. Where you prefer Hand Cannons, to Submachine Guns to even Trace Rifles, the choice is all yours. Alongside that, you\u2019ve got your choice of exotic weapon, which provides its own unique effect that can drastically alter your gameplay experience. Of course, the game still has a form of meta, with players optimizing builds that allow for the most optimal of performance. This usually means players will spend a lot of time with a certain weapon, growing fonder of it as they use it more. This is exactly what happened with the exotic grenade launcher Anarchy, which players are happy to see make a comeback. Released back in Season of the Forge, the exotic grenade launcher was a rare drop from the Scourge of the Past raid. Attaching arc conductors to a target allowed the grenade launcher to deal damage over time, making it an excellent exotic to pair while DPSing bosses. Anarchy has since been nerfed several times, but with recent buffs to grenade launchers and new build options, players are happy to see it make a return. \u201cReturn of the king?\u201d one player joked. \u201cAnarchy double slug time let\u2019s go!\u201d another cheered. Many players have noted that with the level of power creep in Destiny 2, it\u2019s unlikely that the grenade launcher would\u2019ve stayed meta for long. \u201cEven if Anarchy was never nerfed, it likely wouldn\u2019t be meta. We\u2019ve power crept it by a lot,\u201d one player stated. \u201cHopefully it comes back, I miss the Anarchy hotswap meta,\u201d another played hoped.
