Players who pre-purchase EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition will get a 7-day early access starting September 20, 2024. EA Play members get a benefit known as ‘Play First Trials’ which allows them a 10-hour test run during the game’s Early Access. EA FC 25 closed beta date & times The EA Sports FC 25 beta is live and will run from August 6, 2024, 6:00 PM BST / 7:00 PM CET until August 27, 2024, 6:00 PM BST / 7:00 PM CET. The chosen players will receive codes via the e-mail associated with their EA accounts, so keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder regularly – just in case. It’s worth noting that closed betas are limited, so having signed into the Community Playtesting does not guarantee you’ll receive a code. More so, those who do get one won’t gain access to all the game modes. All platforms used for beta testing According to the devs, EA FC 25’s closed beta is available on the following platforms: PlayStation 4 – PlayStation 5 – Xbox One – Xbox Series S|X – PC (Steam or EA App) – Nintendo Switch – Every mode included in the closed beta Since EA FC 25’s closed beta is a version of the game still in development, not all game modes will be available. Those who receive access might be able to play: Career Mode – Ultimate Team – Clubs – Because players are randomly assigned different game modes, the invitation to join the beta will specify which ones are available for you to play. Some might get access to all of them, while others might only be able to try one out of the three. Is the progress from the beta carried over? No, the progress from the closed beta won’t be carried over to the full game when EA FC 25 launches on September 27, 2024. Since the beta’s purpose is to allow players to try out and familiarize themselves with any new features while devs continue to fix bugs and adjust details, any advance you make in either mode will be wiped once the full game is released. This is a way to ensure that all players start at the same level at the same time. How to transfer beta codes You cannot transfer EA FC 25 beta codes to another user. This means that if you receive access to the closed beta, you are the only one who can log into the game. If for whatever reason you’re unable to redeem the code, nobody else can use it in your place as it is not transferable, so it will be lost.
