The influencer was spotted locking lips with the high schooler while in the Hamptons on July 16, and the pair allegedly left together later that night. Now Alix has responded, claiming she wasn\u2019t aware of Sebastian\u2019s age at the time, but the internet is still not happy. A screenshot shared on Instagram by \u2018teatoktalk\u2019 shows the influencer allegedly responding to a comment on her TikTok which simply said, \u201cSEVENTEEN??????????\u201d \u201cJust as shocked as you are,\u201d Alix reportedly replied, insinuating she was unaware that Sebastian was still a minor. Despite using James Charles\u2019 claim of ignorance, many remained adamant that the influencer should know better and \u201cneeds to be held accountable.\u201d \u201cNah. It\u2019s your responsibility as the adult to make sure,\u201d one person commented. \u201cYou are older which means you were in a position of power. You are at fault. You are a creep.\u201d Another said, \u201cShe was hanging around him and his family prior to all this and you mean to tell me she didn\u2019t do a social media check on the guy?\u201d Alix\u2019s TikTok has also been flooded with \u201c17\u201d comments, referencing Sebastian\u2019s age at the time of the incident.
