The word choice is very plain.\u201d He then addressed the song\u2019s serious themes: \u201cBut the song is about why he wears the mask. There are weird strange people judging him when he\u2019s sad. Nobody has to see that he\u2019s sad. And he always looks like he has a smile on his face. Which in one breath warrants a heavy series of eye-rolls. It reads like something someone would say when they identify a bit too much with a comic book villain.\u201d Fantano followed up his criticisms by saying that he was also worried about Dream. \u201cBut simultaneously I do worry, and I think \u2018Oh wow, that\u2019s actually quite sad that you feel that way, and that you feel trapped by your persona.
