Among the throng of fans who showed up to the event was Martyn\u2019s alleged landlord, who was interviewed by YouTuber \u2018The Sync\u2019 about his thoughts on the sudden crowd outside the establishment. The landlord spilled the proverbial beans, claiming that he would be taking legal action against Martyn for violating the terms of his lease \u2014 as well as a purported two year\u2019s worth of unpaid utilities. Bradley Martyn\u2019s landlord allegedly taking influencer to court His landlord claimed that he was taking this route as city ordinances prevent landlords from evicting tenants during the global health crisis, prompting him to sue Martyn over other matters. \u201cHe\u2019s my tenant,\u201d he explained. \u201cHe hasn\u2019t paid rent or electricity. We\u2019re going to court. We\u2019re getting him not for rent, but for not doing what the lease called for him to be able to do. He hasn\u2019t even talked to his own attorney.\u201d The landlord claimed that the city had turned off Martyn\u2019s electricity, prompting the influencer to grab a few generators before breaking into the building\u2019s maintenance room and destroying the city\u2019s lock to turn his power back on. That\u2019s not all; the property owner also stated that they\u2019d hired five parking attendants to control crowds outside of Martyn\u2019s gym, which cost \u201ctwice\u201d the amount of his rent \u2014 which also, allegedly, hasn\u2019t been paid. \u201cHe\u2019s a very nice guy, he just has no attention span,\u201d the landlord ended his spiel.
