Neistat has been hard at work on his Dobrik-focused documentary called \u201cUnder the Influence\u201d since 2019. With the film\u2019s premier at South by Southwest on March 12, Neistat talked to Variety, where he revealed he hasn\u2019t spoken to Dobrik since conducting the final interview for the film. Dobrik \u201chas seen the film\u201d Neistat told Variety that after the Business Insider article released with multiple allegations against Dobrik in 2021, the vlogger\u2019s attitude towards the project changed dramatically. \u201cThe only time he engaged on camera after that article was released was for one final interview,\u201d Neistat revealed. \u201cIt\u2019s an interview that has a very different tone from the rest of the film. It\u2019s an interview that is also peppered throughout the film, and it sandwiches the opening of the movie and end of the movie.\u201d Casey also said that while he knows Dobrik has seen the film, the two haven\u2019t spoken since that final interview, so he doesn\u2019t know how he feels about it. \u201cHe has seen the film,\u201d Neistat confirmed, adding that he \u201ccertainly can\u2019t speak for\u201d whether or not Dobrik liked it or not. Where to watch \u201cUnder the Influence\u201d If you want to watch \u201cUnder the Influence\u201d for yourself but weren\u2019t able to attend South by Southwest, you might be in for a bit of a wait, as Neistat is still looking for a distributor to pick up the documentary.
