How streamers dress on Twitch has long been a point of contention among viewers, and that might have reached its boiling point shortly into 2020. Paymoneywubby posted an image of two females, asking if viewers could tell which one was from adult site Chaturbate and which was from the Amazon-owned platform, before revealing both of them were Twitch streamers. https://twitter.com/PaymoneyWubby/status/1212588989200265217 While he did block out of the faces of the two streamers, people were still able to figure out who they were, and ghostgirlxoxx, the woman with the avocado covering her face, says she has been doxxed and given death threats. “Yeaaaa that’s me on the left in the picture, thanks to him now I have death threats and someone found my address,” she tweeted. Yeaaaa that’s me on the left in the picture thanks to him now I have death threats and someone found my address .. but thank u so much @heysuspenders ur telling nothing but the truth ❤️ — Fatooma 💕🥺 (@ghostgirlxoxx) January 2, 2020 Ghostgirl revealed who she was in a response to Wubby’s tweet that also went viral, which claimed people only mention the Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when it comes to female streamers. “Funny how when the topic of breaking Twitch’s TOS comes up, it’s ONLY about t*ts,” fellow streamer suspenders said. “Never about the RAMPANT racism, homophobia, transphobia and other bigotry that actually affects streamers.” https://twitter.com/heysuspenders/status/1212805879621390337 Three days after Wubby’s initial tweet, another streamer discovered ghostgirl was the third-largest Call of Duty channel on Twitch and posted a screenshot of her to his 22,000+ Twitter followers, asking why she is being watched by so many people. https://twitter.com/Entxurage/status/1213634078253207558 She says she’s been streaming for four years now and at this point, it’s about more than just the money. That’s not all that surprising to hear considering a big part of being a streamer is connecting with your audience, and doing things they like to see. With that said, she does concede that for a lot of people it is about the cash rather than the enjoyment of interacting with viewers. I been doing this for 4 years it’s not just money I been playing games belly dancing etc advice … but alot of people do it for the money — Fatooma 💕🥺 (@ghostgirlxoxx) January 5, 2020 Ghostgirl says she belly dances, which is why she streams with an exposed stomach, but she plays a wide variety of games on the platform. Some of these games include Call of Duty, Outlast, and League of Legends, just to name a few. She boasts over 58,000 followers on Twitch, with nearly 3,000 gained since the Wubby tweet. It should be eye-opening to many to see this type of behavior happen to female streamers, especially since it’s not the first time.

CoD streamer claims she was doxxed & sent death threats over her clothing An image of two female Twitch personalities went viral, and now one of the streamers is saying she’s receiving death threats as a result of it.
