According to Paul, his infamous trip to Japan in early 2018 was inspired by Bennet, herself. However, the couple got into a heated argument just a week before the the two were set to leave for the island nation with a small group of friends. Paul stated that their argument stemmed from something as simple as a disagreement on which hotel they were to stay at. Bennet was apparently so upset at Paul\u2019s behavior that she decided to skip out on the trip, and made an oddly chilling statement in the process. \u201cShe\u2019s like, \u2018Yo, this behavior is going to bite you in the ass,\u2019\u201d Paul said to The Reporter. \u201c\u2018I don\u2019t know how, I don\u2019t know when, but you\u2019re going to crash and burn.\u2019 \u201c Bennet\u2019s clairvoyant claim eventually came true on that very trip. Paul was at the center of global controversy due to filming a deceased person in Japan\u2019s Aokigahara \u2018Suicide Forest.\u2019 Of course, that wasn\u2019t his only debacle to go on record: his entire travel experience in Japan was rife with disrespectful behavior in the famously conservative nation, which both its citizens and audiences around the globe took issue with. Paul admitted that the debacle cost him five million dollars, after which he was kicked from Google\u2019s Preferred advertising program.
