That\u2019s not all; he also claimed that she\u2019s \u201cseeking prison time\u201d for him. She also claims that one of Danis\u2019s posts, which included an uncensored photo taken from a \u201cromantic encounter\u201d over ten years ago, even broke federal and state laws. \u201cDanis posted the photograph \u2014 entirely uncensored \u2014 from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff\u2019s consent,\u201d Agdal said in her suit. \u201cLater that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.\u201d That\u2019s not all; Agdal also implied that Danis or someone else may have \u201chacked\u201d her Snapchat account in order to dig out an old video from her archive, which he\u2019d also posted on X (which you can view below).
