Her mother has also released a lengthy statement on the matter. Dixie D\u2019Amelio is a household name in the social media age; the older sister to Charli D\u2019Amelio (TikTok\u2019s most-followed creator), Dixie has carved her own path, most notably releasing her own original songs with such features as Lil Mosey and, most recently, Wiz Khalifa. However, it doesn\u2019t seem that online critics are too pleased with her music, as seen by the oodles of negative comments on the teaser for her upcoming song with Khalifa, which she initially posted to TikTok. Many commenters brutally roasted the TikTok star\u2019s lyrics and singing ability, with one writing, \u201cDoes she really think she\u2019s a singer now?\u201d https:\/\/twitter.com\/defnoodles\/status\/1334215730351407106?s=20 \u201cGod help you and your lyrics,\u201d another wrote. Dixie has since removed the teaser in wake of the criticism, taking to Twitter to vent about her frustration regarding the overwhelming negativity. \u201cI\u2019m just trying to have fun,\u201d Dixie wrote. \u201cI love music and photoshoots. But I\u2019m losing passion for everything now.\u201d \u201cI literally can\u2019t be excited about ANYTHING,\u201d she continued.
