Dr Disrespect challenges Summit1g to iRacing showdown and claims it\u2019d be \u201ceasy\u201d Streaming star Dr Disrespect has called out and challenged fellow content creator Summit1g to an iRacing showdown, and believes he\u2019d beat him pretty easily. In 2021, popular variety streamer Jaryd \u2018Summit1g\u2019 Lazar dived into the world of sim racing with his jaw-dropping $7500 setup consisting of the best gear you can buy. With him slowly venturing back into the genre, as he\u2019s been playing iRacing on stream more frequently with his top-tier rig, he\u2019s even got Dr Disrespect\u2019s interest piqued. In fact, the Doc has even claimed he\u2019d \u201che\u2019d wipe him clean\u201d if the two were to go head to head in an iRacing showdown. In an April 17 tweet, the two-time Blockbuster video gaming champion once again showed his interest in sim racing, stating that he needs set-up of his own. \u201cI want a state-of-the-art racing rig ASAP,\u201d the Doc tweeted, along with a screenshot from Summit1g enjoying his rig while playing iRacing on stream. \u201cThis guy would get wiped\u2026 clean,\u201d he added, practically challenging Summit to a race. Typically, he\u2019s well-known for going overboard with his production quality. Recently, Summit1g opened up about why regrets the \u201csalty\u201d relationship he had with the Doc when he was just an up-and-coming creator on Twitch, so it\u2019s a possibility we could see the \u201cfrenemies\u201d make up and run a couple of races. Although it\u2019s worth noting that despite settling his lawsuit dispute with Twitch, Dr Disrespect is still prohibited from appearing in streams on the Amazon-owned platform, so the two coming together is already difficult.
