F*cking joking.\u201d Drake hits back after Andrew Tate\u2019s comments on Canadian men It\u2019s clear that an \u2018alpha male\u2019 like Tate doesn\u2019t think the guys from Canada live up to his idea of masculinity\u2026 and it doesn\u2019t look like Drake took very kindly to his opinion on the matter. The rapper viewed a clip of Tate\u2019s podcast on Instagram, where he responded by writing \u201cgreen light\u201d in a comment, alongside a crying laughing emoji. In popular slang, \u201cgreen light\u201d means to put out a hit on someone, or to alert people that it\u2019s \u2018open season\u2019 on a person or group in response to some perceived slight. It\u2019s more likely that Drake was just joking, owing to the emoji \u2014 but his offhand comment has sparked a big conversation online between Drake and Tate\u2019s fans.
