The streamer made it clear that the images were potentially unnerving, by issuing the caption \u201ctrigger warning GORE next three stories.\u201d The images showcased multiple bruises, with the most painful injury resulting in a cut above Dream\u2019s eye. \u201cBro I did like a backflip in my sleep or something,\u201d Dream captioned. Dream added that they \u201cwoke up thinking I had to go to the hospital.\u201d \u201cOkay its the longest story ever AKA I was sleeping\u2026 blood all over my hands.
