Some have claimed that \u201csunning your holes\u201d for two minutes a day will increase your vibrations. Others claimed it gave them more energy and improved their sleeping patterns. A few have also suggested that the practice made them attract people who are on the same \u201cfrequency\u201d and \u201cwavelength\u201d as them. In a viral video, which has almost 400,000 views, TikToker laurenannekennedy shares that she\u2019s happy all the time thanks to the trendy wellness activity. Users were indifferent to the viral trend, as they commented their thoughts under the video. \u201cPeople just make up anything to be different,\u201d one person wrote. \u201cThis has to be a joke,\u201d another one added. \u201cThis is definitely a rich people thing, because if I sun my holes, about three neighbours are getting an eyeful,\u201d someone joked. \u201cIt\u2019s called \u2018where the sun don\u2019t shine\u2019 for a reason,\u201d another person quipped. While the \u201cbutthole sunning\u201d trend seems like a harmless wellness activity, some experts have warned others against it due to dangerous risks. Experts warn people against \u201csunning\u201d their \u201choles\u201d Nazanin Saedi, MD, department co-chair of the Laser and Aesthetics Surgery Center at Dermatology Associates of Plymouth Meeting, told Health: \u201cAs a dermatologist, I cannot recommend any sun exposure without sun protection.\u201d She continues: \u201cThese areas, just like other areas of the body, do need sun protection and clothing tends to provide that.\u201d Founder of Mount Kisco\u2019s The Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic &#038; Laser Surgery, David E.
