At the end, it\u2019s revealed whether or not the winner chose to either go on a date with the contestant or host their Twitch channel on Austin\u2019s profile, hence the name \u2018Love or Host.\u2019 On March 5, prominent Twitch streamer Felix \u2018xQc\u2019 Lengyel appeared on the show alongside a slew of potential female companions following his split from ex-partner Adept \u2014 and things got a bit heated at one point.
