The last one can be incredibly lucrative too, as many streamers have found out over the years, seeing the likes of Ninja team up with Red Bull and beyond. In the case of ExtraEmily, she\u2019s been on the rise on Twitch over the last few months, becoming a part of OTK in the process. While that\u2019s certainly been lucrative, she did take her eye off the ball for one big payment. ExtraEmily leaves $2k cheque uncashed and people can\u2019t believe it She was streaming with fellow OTK member NMPLol for July 4, when, as they were sat in her car after grabbing food, Nick noticed that there was a cheque just sitting in one of the compartments. \u201cOh yeah, it\u2019s voided because I didn\u2019t turn it in in time,\u201d Emily said after he spotted it. Nick quickly took a look at it and was shocked to find out that it was worth $2000. \u201cWhat the f*ck! This is for $2000!\u201d he added. \u201cIt was from the Poker sponsor, it was the money I won from Poker,\u201d Emily replied. \u201cI don\u2019t know why they had to give me a cheque!\u201d Nick noted that some companies send cheques with a void date because, as in Emily\u2019s case, if it doesn\u2019t get cashed, they don\u2019t have to pay out. Even though they do usually give you a few months to cash it. Plenty of viewers couldn\u2019t believe it either, roasting Emily for leaving that sort of money on the table.
