Former FaZe Clan star Kay threatens to sue YouTuber over crypto \u201cscam\u201d allegations YouTube: Coffezilla \/ Instagram: fazekayDays after being kicked out of FaZe Clan due to his reported involvement in various cryptocurrency scandals, Frazier \u2018Kay\u2019 Khattri has now issued a cease and desist letter to YouTube investigator Coffeezilla who originally exposed his actions. Kay was formally removed from FaZe Clan on July 2 after his reported involvement in a number of cryptocurrency \u2018pump and dump\u2019 schemes was brought to light. After denying all evidence against him in a July 10 response, Kay has now threatened legal action against Coffeezilla, a YouTuber that helped expose the alleged scams. A cease and desist letter was recently issued to Coffeezilla. This legal notice demanded he take down all videos mentioning Kay and retract all \u201cdefamatory statements\u201d in a public manner. Following up with a new video of his own on July 14, the YouTuber revealed the full scope of legal threat and laughed off said Kay\u2019s latest demands. He says I caused him to lose \u201cmillions in revenue\u201d and that if I don\u2019t delete my videos, he\u2019s going to sue me. WATCH \ud83d\udc47 https:\/\/t.co\/EBkOZCZl3U pic.twitter.com\/bB90t5cIHM \u2014 Coffeezilla (@coffeebreak_YT) July 14, 2021 \u201cKay sent me a cease and desist letter for my SaveTheKids video,\u201d he addressed on Twitter. \u201cHe says I caused him to lose millions in revenue and that if I don\u2019t delete my videos, he\u2019s going to sue me.\u201d The legal notice, which can be seen in full right here, threatens a new \u201clitigation against [Coffeezilla]\u201d if all demands are not met within 24 hours of receiving the letter. \u201cUnfortunately,\u201d the YouTuber joked, \u201cI\u2019m gonna miss the deadline boys.\u201d Furthermore, any collaborators involved in the original SaveTheKids video will also be lumped into the litigation from Kay\u2019s lawyers. Rather than agreeing to the terms, Coffeezilla doubled down. Refusing to retract his statements or delete his videos, the YouTuber instead went on to reveal yet another crypto scandal Kay was allegedly involved with. A separate token known as \u2018MoonPug\u2019 was also promoted by Kay, among other FaZe Clan members. This cryptocurrency is linked directly with Kay\u2019s public wallet. \u201cHe made about $100,000 [from selling] MoonPug in the first few hours,\u201d Coffezilla revealed. \u201cNaive people usually don\u2019t have multiple wallets. Naive people sure as hell don\u2019t know how to make $100,000 from a presale of a s***coin. In my opinion, you\u2019re a self-serving hypocrite.\u201d The MoonPug example is roughly \u201c10%\u201d of the \u2018dirt\u2019 he allegedly has on Kay.
