FaZe Clan\u2019s Banks is Set to Run His Own Convention YouTuber and part owner of FaZe Clan Ricky \u201cBanks\u201d Banks has revealed he plans to host his own \u2018convention\u2019, in line with a recent trend of YouTuber stars running events. Tana Monguea\u2019s \u2018TanaCon\u2019 was the YouTuber\u2019s response to VidCon, which she felt didn\u2019t treat some creators well and so made her own, but it failed miserably. After overselling tickets for the venue by around five times over capacity, the event had to be cancelled as thousands of fans were left waiting outside in the heat unable to enter. Banks has posted to followers on social media that he is \u2019embarrassed\u2019 to be a YouTuber after these recent events, and so is working to create his very own convention. The YouTuber had hyped up the event by strongly linking Drake, LeBron James, Kanye West and other high-profile celebrities with performing, but in the end only a handful of YouTubers and some unknown artists took to the stage. FouseyTUBE has since been claiming he is working with Drake, LeBron James and others, although none of this has materialized, and some fans are seriously concerned for his current mental state. Whatever the cause or motivation for Banks to run his own event, he will be all too aware of the potential pitfalls, after speaking to FouseyTUBE himself before his event. He warned Fousey that \u2018getting in your own head\u2019 too much and thinking you can change the world, caused by ego, once ruined Banks\u2019 own life for over a year. But Banks does have an advantage over many other YouTubers thanks to his links with FaZe Clan, who have rappers and musicians like Lil Yachty, Ugly God and Post Malone reportedly fans of the organization.
