Fresh & Fit host emotional after being \u201ckicked out\u201d of YouTube Partner Program Fresh and Fit\/YouTubeThe podcast Fresh & Fit has announced that they\u2019ve become demonetized by YouTube and are now pleading for help from their fans. The infamous YouTube podcast Fresh and Fit has reportedly been demonetized by the video-sharing platform, a move that left its hosts in tears. During a live stream session on August 19, Myron Gaines \u2013 who co-hosts the podcast alongside Walter Weekes \u2013 announced the \u201csucky news,\u201d revealing he was \u201cshocked\u201d by YouTube\u2019s decision. \u201cIs this the end bro?\u201d he asked Weekes. \u201cBecause we got some bad news man.\u201d Gaines revealed that the channel had been \u201ckicked off the YouTube partner program\u201d \u2014 membership of which lets creators monetize their audience and access special features. Weekes said the Super Chat feature, a way for viewers to donate, was no longer available. \u201cSo basically, we\u2019re going to figure out what\u2019s going on because we don\u2019t really know all the details,\u201d Gaines said. \u201cWe\u2019re working with YouTube to try to come to a middle ground and, you know, work together and figure this out.\u201d In the podcast episode, they said they hadn\u2019t been told why YouTube made its decision, but suggested it was because of the subjects they cover. Gaines said \u201cFresh & Fit\u201d covers \u201cuncomfortable conversations about uncomfortable topics\u201d and talking about subjects that are \u201ccontroversial\u201d and not \u201cpolitically correct.\u201d \u201cThat\u2019s unfortunately the risk you take when you make the kind of content that we do,\u201d he said. Gaines shocked fans when he was seen choking up while describing his interactions with fans, and how giving them advice was worth all the hardship of getting the podcast started. He was describing how he left his job to focus on the podcast full-time when suddenly appeared overcome with emotion and had to step away. Fresh & Fit hosts plead for help from listeners Gaines then asked their followers to help by subscribing to \u201cFresh & Fit\u201d on Rumble for $5 per month, because the podcast was \u201cexpensive\u201d to run. \u201cWe need you guys to save us now,\u201d he said. Gaines later asserted that it was \u201cnot about the money.\u201d \u201cWhat bothers me is if we\u2019re not able to be on YouTube, we might not be able to reach someone who really needs us,\u201d he said. Gaines and Weekes said they would be on Rumble, but would keep posting on YouTube as long as they could. \u201cIf I have to take a pay cut, I will gladly do that,\u201d Gaines said. \u201cGuys, come on over to Rumble.\u201d The Fresh and Fit podcast is a controversial show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, that claims to \u201chelp men become better overall humans.\u201d \u201cWe help men become better overall humans with advice and crazy-useful information on dating\/games, fitness, social media & finances,\u201d the show\u2019s description reads.
