It was extremely insensitive,\u201d Gabi wrote on TikTok soon after. \u201cFor those who didn\u2019t see it, I was shopping with my best friend and she\u2019s been teaching me how to budget. I have multiple businesses, and I\u2019m part of a YouTube channel. We have a film house we have to pay rent for, we have producers, editors\u2026 I employ almost all my friends,\u201d she said in her follow-up. \u201cI\u2019m helping my best friend buy her first house. I paid multiple rents for fans during the pandemic\u2026 and I have a fundraiser going on right now.\u201d It\u2019s also worth noting DeMartino\u2019s original claim \u2014 that Alex was \u201cfine\u201d with the video \u2014 did seem true.
