Towards the beginning of the podcast, which was broadcast on May 28, Ethan cryptically revealed there was a bit of \u201ctension\u201d going on between between the two, saying \u201cthere was something going on that we\u2019re not sure that we should talk about, but I don\u2019t want to make Hila uncomfortable.\u201d \u201cWe\u2019ve always been so open about our journey, like the ups and downs,\u201d Ethan continued, \u201cbut [Hila] has been peeing on a stick and getting faint second lines.\u201d He added the pair were \u201c95%\u201d sure about the pregnancy, with Hila adding: \u201cLet\u2019s just say I didn\u2019t get my period.\u201d Explaining she had gone to the fertility doctor for blood tests earlier in the day, Hila said that they were expecting a call about the results during the show while it was being filmed live on May 28, adding \u201cIt\u2019s such an emotional rollercoaster because I\u2019m also on hormones, so I don\u2019t want to get too depressed if it doesn\u2019t happen.\u201d Two hours later, in the closing moments of the podcast, Hila\u2019s doctor confirmed via text message that the results were in and that Hila was, in her words, \u201csuper pregnant.\u201d The two hugged, with Ethan yelling: \u201cI knew it\u201d as the studio erupted with applause.
