K-dramas are famous for their creative story lines and plots which leap from heart-wrenching to heart-warming in just a few frames. However, the synopsis of one soon-to-be-released series has sent the internet into a fit \u2014 of giggles. Chicken Nugget is a new K-drama set to start streaming on Netflix this year, and its plot is wild, to say the least. The aptly named, Chicken Nugget, is a series about the daughter of a company president mistakes a new machine as a device which will help her with fatigue. After using the machine, she\u2019s accidentally transformed into\u2026 you guessed it. A chicken nugget. The series follows her father, and an intern with a crush on her, as the pair try to find a way to turn her back into a human. Along the way they discover some \u2018unexpected secrets\u2019. The series stars actress, Kim Yoo Jung, as the eponymous nugget herself. Jung is well-known amongst K-drama fans thanks to her performance of Ae-ran in the Korean thriller, The 8th Night. \u201cBest drama already,\u201d joked one fan on Twitter, sharing the trailer. And K-drama fans were quick to express their enthusiasm for both the trailer and Kim Yoo Jung. Of course, not everyone was as convinced by the trailer. \u201cSomeone got paid to write this.\u201d Another user chimed in. Some users suggested the series is adapted from a Korean webtoon, which they described as \u201crandom and ridiculous\u201d.
