Naturally, this led to a lot of speculation on the internet and accusations being made of Charles, being labeled a \u201cpredator\u201d by his detractors \u2013 and how he\u2019s opened up about it. In an interview with Paper Magazine, Charles said: \u201cThe reality is that the \u2018hook-up\u2019 that was being discussed was completely consensual. It was with a boy who told me that he was bisexual and later on told the world he was bisexual. Therefore there\u2019s nothing wrong with that.\u201d Speaking on cancel culture and the hate he faced following the drama, he said: \u201cThere\u2019s no other word to describe it other than just toxic. It\u2019s so toxic. It\u2019s behavior that should not be tolerated.
