James Charles reveals his new Bachelor show on TikTok to find a boyfriend Popular content creator and beauty guru James Charles has surprised fans after announcing he would be hosting his own TikTok version of The Bachelor. James Charles had an incredible year in 2019, as the YouTuber continued to gain new fans, despite the controversial feud between him and Tati Westbrook, even causing a traffic gridlock in Birmingham during one of his meet and greets. The beauty star has even more planned for 2020, announcing that he would be kicking the year off hosting a TikTok version of the popular reality TV show, The Bachelor. Although he admitted he was hesitant to post the video to TikTok, Charles explained that he didn\u2019t feel like there was much to lose, \u201cI feel like this can\u2019t hurt and I don\u2019t think it will turn into a scandal.\u201d The popular content creator then explained that many of the TikToks were made by couples, \u201cI made one major observation after downloading TikTok and that is that this app is pretty much a dating app, let\u2019s be real.\u201d \u201cEveryone on here is either in a very cute relationship or is painfully single,\u201d he expressed reluctantly, \u201cUnfortunately for me, I fall into that second group of people, surprise, surprise!\u201d The YouTube star revealed he wanted to change that going forward and came up with a new idea for his followers to take part in, \u201cIn 2020 I\u2019m trying to change that and put myself out there a little more and I want to get wifed up so I want to play TikTok Bachelor.\u201d Similarly to the popular reality show, Charles then started to describe himself and his hobbies before making a call for those interested to get involved and introduce themselves by commenting or to use TikTok\u2019s Duet feature in response.
