That\u2019s not all: One purported \u201cbackup\u201d account of Marhold\u2019s also alleged that Star had cheated on Schwandt with his friend, even posting a now-confirmed fake photo of STD medication as \u201cproof\u201d the YouTuber was \u201chiding\u201d his supposed condition from fans.
