The detective-noir take on the caped crusader saw Robert Pattinson\u2019s Batman take on the Riddler in a white-knuckle game of cat and mouse that earned it an 86% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Although superhero fans have debated as to whether or not this newest flick lives up to the likes of \u2018The Dark Knight,\u2019 the general consensus seems positive, overall. Joe Rogan gives his verdict on \u2018The Batman\u2019 Comedian and podcast host Joe Rogan is among the ranks of fans who liked the film, calling it \u201cgreat\u201d in a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience with guest Brendan Schaub. \u201cIt\u2019s a great Batman,\u201d Rogan admitted. \u201cI thought it was the best one. I say that, and then I need to go watch the other ones again, with fresh eyes.\u201d However, there was one particular element of the flick that he just couldn\u2019t accept \u2014 the costumes. \u201cThe costumes were a little wack,\u201d he said. \u201cYou think?\u201d Schaub posed. \u201cSee, I thought it was more realistic. Like, at least Catwoman owned cats.\u201d \u201cShe barely covered her face,\u201d Rogan retorted. \u201cShe was too hot. They didn\u2019t want to cover any of her face, just a little tiny thing across her nose.\u201d \u201cWhich I appreciate,\u201d Schaub joked. \u201cThe Riddler was kinda silly, with the glasses,\u201d Rogan continued. Despite Rogan\u2019s issues with the costumes, both stars could admit that the film did have aspects that made it amazing, including Colin Farrell\u2019s jaw-dropping transformation into the Penguin.
