KEEMSTAR published a Tweet on December 27, which he linked to a video created by YouTuber \u2018Memology\u2019 called \u2018Pokimane: Gotta Strike Them All.\u2019 \u201cYou are abusing the copyright system, Pokimane!\u201d KEEM wrote. \u201cDO BETTER!\u201d You are abusing the copyright system @pokimanelol DO BETTER! https:\/\/t.co\/w7wB0epvH9 \u2014 KEEM :popcorn: (@KEEMSTAR) December 27, 2018 The video, uploaded on December 22, detailed the story of a YouTuber by the name of \u2018Bowblax,\u2019 who had received a copyright strike on his channel for using a clip from one of Pokimane\u2019s Twitter videos. Memology went on to showcase a clip from Pokimane\u2019s Twitch stream, where she vehemently denounced users for using her and other creators\u2019 content in their videos. \u201cWell, I\u2019m so sorry that it takes you a lot of time to steal other people\u2019s content,\u201d she stated in response to one YouTuber. \u201cI am so sorry. \u2026I\u2019ll be taking down some of your videos.\u201d To further prove their point, Memology then featured a clip of Pokimane reacting to another YouTuber\u2019s video on her stream, claiming that she was using creators\u2019 content in a similar manner. While Pokimane has yet to speak out on the accusations, this isn\u2019t the first time she and KEEMSTAR have butted heads; the two likewise went back and forth in a spat in early November (which, coincidentally, is what Bowblax\u2019s copyrighted video was all about), after KEEM called out a fan of streamer \u2018SSSniperwolf\u2019 in a savage series of Tweets that ended up inciting a heated conversation on harassment and online bullying.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
