He then revealed the major reasons behind his decision. \u201cI truly don\u2019t believe the Bay is truly for tourists right now, and that\u2019s what I was, a tourist,\u201d he said. \u201cThe amount of tents and living structures and burnt-out cars that we saw people living in was shocking to say the least. Just from the outside looking in, it don\u2019t seem like it was much city interference.\u201d He continued, \u201cI wish the city would step in. I don\u2019t know if they have. I don\u2019t know if they\u2019ve been trying, but just from an outsider looking in, it don\u2019t look like there was much city interference.\u201d Keith was also underwhelmed by the actual food and the six-hour wait times he sometimes had to endure. He also suffered a shellfish allergic reaction that landed him in the emergency room. \u201cThe second I ate it I blew up like a balloon,\u201d the food critic shared in the clip, noting that the restaurant may not have properly cleaned their utensils or grill. Fortunately, he was quickly relieved by a shot of allergy medicine. \u201cI want to stress that it is not normal for us to go to restaurants, not like it and not post it,\u201d Keith added. \u201cAny other time we ran into this situation, I\u2019ve always had some kind of constructive thing to say. This is just different.\u201d His video has since garnered over 15,000 comments, with mixed reactions from TikTok users. Some applauded him for putting safety first, while others wished he\u2019d explored other parts of the Bay Area.
