Lele Pons reveals \u201csevere\u201d OCD & depression in emotional YouTube series Lele Pons, YouTubeYouTube star Lele Pons is one of the net\u2019s most popular online entertainers \u2014 but life as a social media celebrity isn\u2019t all sunshine and roses, as she revealed in her new YouTube Originals series, \u201cThe Secret Life of Lele Pons.\u201d Pons is touted for her hilarious sketches and over-the-top sense of humor, garnering over 16 million subscribers on YouTube and over 40 million followers on Instagram after finding massive success on Vine. While Pons\u2019 life might seem perfect from in front of a smartphone screen, the star revealed it\u2019s anything but, as told in the first episode of her YouTube Originals series that aired on May 19. https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CAYAJWQJ9gz\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link The show\u2019s first episode, titled, \u201cI Have Severe OCD,\u201d revealed that Pons has been diagnosed with OCD, depression, ADHD, and even Tourette\u2019s Syndrome \u2014 with her OCD taking an especially heavy toll on her day-to-day life. \u201cOCD doesn\u2019t leave you,\u201d the YouTuber explained. \u201cIn times that I\u2019m sad, in times that I\u2019m going through stuff, OCD is there. It\u2019s just really hard, because there\u2019s triggers, and in OCD, if you are triggered \u2014 let\u2019s just say, to do something \u2014 you have to do it.\u201d \u201cMy OCD is thoughts,\u201d she continued. \u201cVery, very powerful thoughts that make me do stuff that I don\u2019t want to do. \u2026when you have a condition that controls you most of the time, you wish you didn\u2019t have that.\u201d Pons went on to explain that she\u2019s had the disorder since she was a child, and often has to carry out certain \u201crituals\u201d three times before moving on, which was evidenced by a tearful video of the star trying to resist getting up and sitting down from a chair three times. Pons\u2019 docuseries also touched on the hateful comments she receives online, with the star admitting how much the negativity affects her. \u201cWhen did it all become that?\u201d Lele said in another tearful segment. \u201cWhen did it all become so, like, evil?
