Paulie Szczech, who goes by \u2018paulie_dangerous\u2019 on TikTok, left social media users torn over whether or not the bizarre contraption was actually beneficial. \u201cNew scrambled egg contraption here at McDonald\u2019s,\u201d Paulie wrote across his video, calling the device \u201ccrazy\u201d in the caption. The contraption in question is a metal rectangle with four divided square sections wherein an employee poured scoops of liquid egg mix. Unsure how much to put in, the workers ultimately decided on two scoops before moving the contraption back and forth across the metal grill, resulting in some spillage and uncertainty. \u201cThe system [has] already failed,\u201d one worker can be heard saying in the video. \u201cI got to level here, I like the old way better.\u201d Nonetheless, the group of employees ultimately came around to the device after determining they had to let it \u201csit for a while\u201d, calling the end result \u201cnot bad\u201d. \u201cThat\u2019s a lot of wasted time,\u201d one viewer commented. Another offered some advice, citing their experience as a Crew Trainer at McDonald\u2019s, \u201cIt\u2019s 1 scoop.
