MrBeast uploaded a video in late January, where he opened a store that sold a plethora of expensive items like HD televisions, game consoles, and other valuables for just one dollar each. While the video itself went over well – especially for his customers – MrBeast wasn’t satisfied with the final product, later bringing the concept back with a major change. Instead of selling items for just one dollar, MrBeast decided to give the products away for free, claiming that he “didn’t want people to not be able to afford stuff.” However, MrBeast’s plan encountered some unexpected potholes, along the way – most notably due to some widespread confusion over the store’s operating times and location. Despite their enthusiasm, the YouTuber had to let them know that the store won’t open until June 7 – likely resulting in some disappointment from those assembled. That wasn’t the only issue that MrBeast ran into with his new project, either: according to the YouTuber, some fans went back to the previous location of his $1 store from January, doubtlessly prompting some understandable confusion from its current tenant. “The free store isn’t at the same place as the last one!” MrBeast announced. “Someone told me that there was a huge line at the old store.
