In 2022, he famously launched his \u2018Feastables\u2019 line of chocolate bars to wide acclaim from fans. In February 2023, MrBeast launched a new peanut butter flavored chocolate bar humorously named \u2018Deez Nuts.\u2019 Although the name was a hit with viewers, it looks like another company took umbrage with the moniker. Dee\u2019s Nuts claimed that MrBeast\u2019s \u2018Deez Nuts\u2019 chocolate bar was engaging in copyright infringement. \u201cFeastables Inc. has used and continues to use the DEE\u2019S NUTS\u00ae registered trademark, or a confusingly similar and phonetically equivalent thereof,\u201d the company wrote in a lawsuit. MrBeast\u2019s lawyers pushed back, arguing that \u201cmillions of people on the internet have come to use the phrase \u2018deez nuts\u2019 as an irreverent way to interject humor or sarcasm into or end a conversation.\u201d Unfortunately, it looks like Dee\u2019s Nuts won the war. Last week, a judge reportedly approved a permanent injunction between the two companies, ruling that Feastables can no longer use the phrase \u2018Deez Nuts\u2019 to sell its products.
