Now two streamers claim Twitch is withholding some of their money, and won\u2019t respond even after contacting its customer service multiple times. pilavpowa claims his sub money is being withheld On August 2, streamer Stefan \u2018pilavpowa\u2019 Simi\u0107 posted on Twitter that he had allegedly been trying to contact Twitch for three months, after being unable to add a payment method to receive his sub money. \u201cSo when I try to add payment method on twitch to receive subscription money I get this message \u2018If you wish to edit your details please contact support.\u2019 Then I did just that and reply was most confusing thing ever. So for 3 months now where does this money go @TwitchSupport\u201d he tweeted. During a broadcast on August 4, Minecraft streamer \u2018Xisuma\u2019 opened up to his audience where he claimed he was unable to get ahold of Twitch customer service about money they were holding of his. \u201cI have a tax issue, where they are holding back a load of my money. And I can\u2019t do anything about it. Because it doesn\u2019t matter how many emails I send.\u201d The British streamer vented his frustrations to his audience, and said he felt that Twitch customer service had been \u201cstripped back\u201d and gotten worse over time. \u201cNow it used to be that I could ring up, or send an email, and get a reply pretty much in a day or two. And I would be speaking to someone, and they would be able to help me with my problem. Twitch has actually stripped back it\u2019s customer support over time.
