During a Full Send podcast with the other NELK boys, Steve opened up on how he nearly died during a particularly eventful night. After discussing some of the parties they\u2019ve been to and the weird things they\u2019ve experienced, NELK founder Kyle Forgeard brought up Steve\u2019s past with harder drugs, to which he responded with his particularly haunting story. Read More: Where to buy NELK Boys\u2019 Happy Dad Seltzer – Detailing that he\u2019d once taken what essentially equated to four \u201cservings\u201d of acid, Steve explained that it almost ended in disaster. \u201cI jumped in a river to get away from these chicks, because when you take psychedelic drugs like that, you can\u2019t be around dumb girls.\u201d He continued: \u201cI was swimming, and then I got paralyzed in the water\u2026 I couldn\u2019t move, and I was starting to go down, and I was just screaming \u2018I don\u2019t want to die.\u2019 I don\u2019t know if it was the acid or this just happens before you die, but I saw my entire life flash before my eyes.\u201d Timestamp 24:30 Adding that he \u201cjust kept thinking about\u201d how he was going to be on the news, the moment was clearly one that had a huge impact on Steve.
