Ninja sent shockwaves through industry when he announced he was leaving Twitch to sign exclusively to Microsoft’s platform – a move that inspired other personalities to make the same switch. However, fresh off reports that Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek has lost a substantial amount of viewers since also joining Mixer, the Fortnite star has now weighed in on what he thinks about his own viewership numbers. Ninja explains why Mixer viewership numbers don’t bother him The popular streamer’s chat caught his attention in the middle of a broadcast, as some were discussing his viewership numbers on Mixer compared to when he was on Twitch. Ninja addressed them directly, and said, “Listen, I need you to understand something. I’m reading a couple of the comments, I can only assume you are talking about my viewers.” He then stated, “I don’t think you guys understand how little I give a f**k. Okay? How little viewers mean to me right now on Mixer.” After setting the record straight on how he feels about the topic, the streamer opened up to his audience and explained why viewership numbers no longer worry him. “I enjoy what I do, man. And guess what? I get to do it. Without having to worry about my sub count. Or playing ads, or ad revenue. I can take vacation, I can take time off. I’m comfortable.” The streaming legend then launched into his critics. “I’m focusing on content now. If you guys aren’t enjoying my streams, then you can leave. I can promise you, my streams are 10 times better than when they were on Twitch.” (Timestamp 10:15 for mobile users.) Despite some viewers focusing on his streaming numbers, Ninja didn’t seem fazed by the comments at all. And given the lucrative deal he made with Microsoft, who could blame him. Back in November, fellow Mixer streamer shroud echoed a similar sentiment, saying, “I don’t have to sit there and stress that “oh sh*t my viewers went down.””

Ninja explains why he doesn’t care about his Mixer viewership numbers Mixer star Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins responded to those in his chat talking about his viewership numbers, and explained why he doesn’t care about statistics since moving to the Microsoft-owned streaming platform.
