The Swedish star has now weighed in on Dr Disrespect\u2019s Twitch ban in his June 20 YouTube video, where he looked over laws and rules, and gave his opinion on the bathroom debacle. PewDiePie\u2019s thoughts on Dr Disrespect In the video titled \u2018We need to talk about these Oopsies\u2019, the YouTuber explained the reason behind Doc\u2019s ban, and talked about his streaming in a public bathroom being against Twitch\u2019s Community Guidelines: \u201cHe clearly went against the rules and that\u2019s just how it is.\u201d \u201cObviously I understand why people want bathrooms to be a private space, and that should not be violated, I get it,\u201d he continued, before breaking into laughter. \u201cAt the same time, I don\u2019t see the big deal. What do people think happen in the boys\u2019 locker room? I have never seen a penis in a boys\u2019 locker room or a men\u2019s bathroom. Unless you specifically [look], you\u2019re not gonna see some pee-pee.\u201d The Swede then addresses the E3 event\u2019s policy itself, saying, \u201cA lot of people have been saying \u2018but there was a kid in one of their urinals, ahhhh!\u2019 but checkmate, liberals \u2013 kids aren\u2019t allowed at E3. Maybe you should try and ban him instead, huh?\u201d PewDiePie moves on to look at California law section 647, a legislature that specifically talks about public privacy. It states that an individual is only guilty of misdemeanor if they deliberately violate another person\u2019s reasonable expectation of privacy. \u201cWas it Dr Disrespect\u2019s intent to invade the privacy of a person in [the bathroom]? I think that\u2019s arguable. From the footage of this, it\u2019s just following him into the bathroom stall, it\u2019s not trying to show other people.\u201d (Dr Disrespect topic starts at 11:56 timestamp.) When will Dr Disrespect return to Twitch? There\u2019s been no official word on when Twitch will let the Two-Time return to the platform, but according to a comment made by a fan on Reddit, TSM streamer and Doc\u2019s frequent battle royals partner Colton \u2018Viss\u2019 Visser claimed that his ban is for 30 days. It is possible that Doc\u2019s ban is permanent, as he heavily breached the service\u2019s Community Guidelines, however this seems unlikely as this is the first time he has been reprimanded for breaking the platform\u2019s rules. If Dr Disrespect has indeed been banned for 30 days, viewers could expect to see him back around July 10, although obviously this is just speculation.
