A debate over gamer rage was sparked after Ninja’s viral tweet argued that players getting angry is healthy behavior. YouTube’s biggest star PewDiePie referenced it in a past video calling it a “hot take.” However during his latest upload, the Swedish star weighed in on the topic further by using a popular clip that shows summit1g punching his monitor in frustration. PewDiePie roasts summit1g The popular YouTuber had to scrap his original video due to being copyright striked. So due to limited filming time, he instead reacted to a Twitter account titled “Images That Proceed Unfortunate Events.” The Swede came across a screenshot of summit1g before he raged after being killed in match of H1Z1: King of The Kill. “It’s a cursed image. It’s the one where summit punches the screen. Hilarious, who would get mad at a video game?” Pewds said. He then mockingly exclaimed “Absolute beta-behavior. [Shaking my head] very hard,” before playing the full clip which was taken from Lazar’s May 2018 broadcast. After watching it, the YouTube star laughed and said “But why? You know, I would never punch something if I got mad!” (Timestamp 00:40 for mobile users.) It all seemed in jest though, as not even Pewds’ close friend Mark ‘Markiplier’ Fischbach was spared from being roasted. The Swedish star reacted to an image that showed his YouTube colleague playing the 2017 ‘Get Over It’ game. In the clip the picture is from, Mark snaps and throws his chair after falling down. PewDiePie then exclaimed, “How did you f**k that up? F**king noobs. That’s so easy. Getting mad at video game, it’s just like why?” However the Swede also poked fun of himself as he referenced his own past of getting into trouble while playing games. “Okay, I take it back, this is no longer my favorite Twitter account,” he joked after stumbling on a photo of himself. While PewDiePie seemed to be genuinely confused as to why you would ever punch things over a video game, his reactions overall seemed to be in good fun. After all, he also threw some jabs at his own friends. Read More: Tfue weighs in on FaZe Dubs suspension – The YouTuber recently returned after a month-long break in January.
