Pokimane\u2019s career in the streaming space is going from one giant leap to another, announcing on October 27 she is co-founding a talent management and brand consulting firm, RTS. The firm aims to \u201cfix the gaming and esports industry\u201d, saving creators from \u201cbad brand deals\u201d and help both sides get the most out of partnerships and sponsorships. She isn\u2019t leaving OfflineTV to start the venture anytime soon. However, Mizkif couldn\u2019t help himself but ask the question on her announcement stream: If she was to leave the content house, where would she go? \u201cIf you had to leave OfflineTV and join either 100 Thieves or OTK, who would you join,\u201d Mizkif asked. \u201cOTK,\u201d she said, with a smile. The quick answer shocked Mizkif \u2014 a co-owner of OTK \u2014 a little bit. \u201cReally?\u201d he asked back, to which Pokimane doubled down and said \u201cyes\u201d. Mizkif couldn\u2019t help but use Poki\u2019s approval to plug his own org: \u201cWe have the backing of RTS legend herself Pokimane\u201d. The comment made Pokimane laugh, but there was an actual reason behind the Twitch star\u2019s choice: sponsor agreements. \u201cYou guys are just doing sh*t for fun. 100 Thieves, I\u2019d have to do a sponsor [stream] every other day,\u201d the Twitch superstar explained. Mizkif took the time to yet again \u2018pitch\u2019 OTK, stating: \u201cLittle does she know our fun streams are sponsored but that\u2019s okay. That\u2019s how well we integrate them\u201d.
