Sharing a beautiful photo of the pair, the Tweet has almost 60k likes at the time of writing. \u201cAs you all might already know, my brother passed away today,\u201d she writes. \u201cHe had a very hard operation which lasted seven hours, but his heart couldn\u2019t take it anymore, he was too weak to survive.
