While playing together, shroud decided he finally had an opportunity to ask xQc about the reasons behind his quick-fire speech, and after explaining he wasn\u2019t trying to insult his fellow Canadian, the former CS:GO pro put the question to him, in hopes of finding out the reason. \u201cDo you speak quickly on purpose,\u201d shroud asked, \u201cor is that just natural? You talk fast bro.\u201d The former Overwatch pro replied: \u201cI really like the idea of talking, but I don\u2019t like the action. I think it\u2019s too long to talk, I try to crunch all the words together to get it done as fast as possible. So sometimes I end up cutting syllables and whatnot, you know?\u201d Shroud admitted that he understood the thought process behind xQc\u2019s quick speech, comparing the action of talking to playing Overwatch or CS:GO, saying that sometimes you want to get things done quickly, and not tell a story every time you open your mouth. While xQc\u2019s reasoning behind talking quickly does make sense, it\u2019s still surprising to hear him say that he doesn\u2019t particularly like speaking at all, especially considering the industry he works in.
