Once the suspension was handed down though, the fact it was temporary meant xQc has the chance to come back \u201cstronger than ever.\u201d He also drew parallels to Dr Disrespect\u2019s bathroom ban after E3 2019. \u201cI actually didn\u2019t think he was going to get banned. A lot of people were saying it was blown out of proportion. I think it was the opposite \u2014 I thought it wasn\u2019t blown up enough, and I thought Twitch was just going to let it slide,\u201d shroud admitted on his November 18 stream. \u201cGetting banned doesn\u2019t mean anything. Dr Disrespect got banned for a month for streaming in a bathroom. He came back stronger than ever.\u201d Shroud explained that, as a big streamer, getting banned can be the \u201cbest case scenario.\u201d After all, it\u2019s just a forced vacation if it\u2019s not a permanent ban. Twitch can\u2019t really change the rules of how someone gets banned based off their top streamers, it\u2019s not really fair. I\u2019m just happy they\u2019re keeping it consistent.\u201d The FPS star reserved his judgment about whether the ban was too harsh or too light. However, he did double down on his statement stating xQc\u2019s stream sniping was \u201cTwitch history.\u201d \u201cA lot of people thought I was trolling when I said \u2018this was Twitch history\u2019. No big Twitch partner has done something like that before. The only people who stream-snipe are non-partners and then they get perma-banned and that\u2019s it. I bet you Twitch didn\u2019t even know what to do.\u201d What I did had no impact on the outcome but it was wrong.
