During a VidCon 2019 livestream, EBZ was confronted by police after they received multiple complaints of the streamer allegedly “filming up women’s skirts.” In his clip, you can hear a single police officer off camera approach him and ask him if he has anything illegal on him, before informing him of the complaints made. The agent claimed that they had received a number of complaints from other attendees, accusing him of the inappropriate behaviour. EBZ denied the allegations EBZ initially asks the cop if he saw him do this, before defending himself by saying that he is a YouTuber, and asks the officer why would he jeopardize his accounts by breaking the rules. After being told to calm down, the streamer became angry and accused him of racial profiling. “It’s a music channel, it’s not about filming under fuckin’ skirts. You see a black guy, you think he’s trying to look up skirts!” he exclaimed angrily. After the officer took his information down, the camera cuts to an angry EBZ, frustrated that he’s being singled out. Then a voice off camera – presumably event security – informs the IRL streamer that his badge is being revoked. “Based on your activity last night, and some of the zooming, the close up shots you’ve been getting, and monetizing [your videos], that’s a violation of our code of conduct, so we are going to ask you to leave the event, and you are not welcome back for the duration,” the person said. It seems that this wasn’t the only questionable behavior the streamer was exhibiting at VidCon, as the staff member also claimed that he got into a confrontation with one of their security guards the night before while trying to get into an event. EBZ has stirred controversy before This isn’t the first time that EBZ has caused controversy, as there have been a string of instances of him getting into trouble in the past. Earlier this year during one of his broadcasts, he was criticized for driving while intoxicated. Numerous times during which it appeared he was beginning to nod off, scaring his audience. Then in May, he threatened to sue a fan for making a clip of him picking his nose. And if that didn’t already seem like a lot, he got into a major screaming match with one of his roommates during a broadcast just a few days ago, simply because he was concerned that the IRL streamer was breaking the rules by making too much noise after 11PM. While it’s unknown whether the allegations are true or not, hopefully his behavior over the last few months will make the streamer stop and think about his actions before performing them, otherwise he could find himself in a whole lot of legal trouble.

Streamer EBZ allegedly banned from VidCon after filming up women’s skirts YouTube: EBZ / UnsplashWhile broadcasting live at Vidcon 2019 on July 12, controversial IRL streamer EBZ was confronted by police after allegedly filming up women’s skirts.
