Stan is arguably one of the biggest hits of the 21st century, with the Detroit rapper occupying the voice of a superfan who goes off the rails, with both the song and video being incredibly creepy as well as holding on to that Eminem lyrical prowess that he became known for. Now, though, a small Twitch streamer has decided to recreate it, telling Pokimane of his love for her and how much of a fan he is with some witty lyrics that keep it light and funny, a far cry from the original. Shown sitting on his bed and typing on an iPad, SamStrake starts the song with “Dear Poki” before detailing why he’s her biggest fan and the things he does to show support. He starts off saying that he’s “watched over 100,000 hours of her stream” and that she is “the woman of his dreams” before speaking on how beautiful she is, even going so far as to call her his “Moroccan Cinderella.” For the hook, Sam questions why he even logs into Twitch when Poki isn’t online, with lines such as “you go live in six more hours, but god that seems so long,” adding that even if they can’t meet in person, he would “be okay with a picture of her feet.” https://twitter.com/SamStrake/status/1221915399312330757?s=19 The song takes a turn, however, very similar to how the original song, when Sam doesn’t get responses from Pokimane. He says he’s sending his “last DM” and that he’s tired of getting timed out every time he compliments her “olive skin,” calling her a “stuck-up b**ch” and imploring her to go find a “lesser man.” Of course, this is all meant entirely in jest, and Sam likely doesn’t think Pokimane is stuck-up or sits and waits for her livestreams every day. The joke was elevated right at the end when the Sam character got banned from her stream, and he needed someone new to fawn over. Taking a moment to think about his next move, Sam reopens his iPad and starts typing again, this time starting “Dear Amouranth, you don’t know me. I’m your biggest fan,” referencing another popular female streamer to round out the genius parody. Though Pokimane hasn’t yet responded to the post, Sam picked up plenty of feedback, accruing hundreds of retweets and thousands of likes. Naturally, most found it hilarious, and even Amouranth responded to it calling it “amazing,” so he clearly did a good job. Whether Poki even sees it is not yet known, but if she’s as impressed as everyone else who has seen it, SamStrake might be on to a winner.

Streamer serenades Pokimane with creative Eminem Stan rap tribute Instagram: samstrake, pokimanelolA Twitch streamer has recreated Eminem’s iconic Stan song and video, dedicating it to popular Imane ‘Pokimane‘ Anys in hilarious fashion.
