Tana Mongeau claps back at haters over trash allegations: \u201cWe cleaned up everything\u201d Instagram: tanamongeauYouTube sensation Tana Mongeau has responded to allegations that she left \u201ctrash\u201d on a beach in Hawaii. The star was quizzed by The Hollywood Fix while leaving a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Tana insists she \u201cloves Hawaii,\u201d and that the allegations are \u201cblatant lies.\u201d Tana has hit the headlines multiple times the week of July 12. Her relationship with rapper Chris Miles confused fans, while some of them even showed up to her new house. On July 1, Twitter user @astro_gorl personally called Tana out for leaving trash on the beach. The post speculates the beach was littered during a \u201cday\u201d of \u201cpartying.\u201d After \u2018astro gorl\u2019 didn\u2019t receive a response from the YouTuber, fellow user Kayleigh Makani took it to her front door. \u201cI\u2019m assuming this is why you\u2026 didn\u2019t bother to clean up your trash,\u201d she said in response to one of Tana\u2019s tweets. Tana then hit back, calling the allegation a \u201cblatant lie\u201d and expressed her frustration at \u201cweird creepy (sic) people.\u201d this is a blatant lie we slept on the beach for a day with it all day and weird creepy people came and took pics of it by our house when we went in to get a snack smh but what can u do!? i love hawaii i\u2019m always good to the beaches smh \u2014 CANCELLED (@tanamongeau) July 1, 2021 On July 17, The Hollywood Post asked Tana about the accusations. \u201cWe had a little scandal,\u201d the star said. \u201cPeople (were) saying that we were being dirty.\u201d The YouTuber stated that she would never do anything to \u201cdisrespect the island,\u201d and that she \u201ccleaned up everything.\u201d She expressed fondness for her \u201cfavorite place,\u201d saying \u201cI love Hawaii.\u201d Fans seemed wary of Tana\u2019s \u201ctrash\u201d response Twitter users seemed doubtful of Tana\u2019s innocence.
